MVA's First Expedition!

I’m proud to announce our first planned expedition! I Am Enough is the title of this three-night women’s backpacking experience. Yoga instructor Laura Adrian will be facilitating group activities and short yoga sessions. We will practice embracing who we are right now and appreciating each moment. The trip will take place north of Duluth, on a truly scenic section of the Superior Hiking Trail. It is suitable for those with any level of backpacking experience.
